My Story

I'm Patricia, founder of Reignite Coaching and a passionate women's health and fitness coach focused on women in midlife. My own experience navigating the shifting energy, changing priorities and busy daily life of my 40s showed me how hard it is for women to put themselves first.

Juggling family, work and aging parents left me feeling drained and distant from my own needs. Recognising that midlife wasn't a decline but a crucial turning point, I became inspired to help women like you rediscover strength and enthusiasm. As a women's midlife coach, I know firsthand that with the right guidance, support and a bit of fun, it's possible to feel better than ever.
